Chihiro Watanabe entered the Kodo Apprentice Centre in 2015 and became a Kodo member in 2018. On stage, Watanabe is mainly featured on taiko drums and bamboo flutes. As a junior member, she joined the cast of “Kodo Interactive Performances” in 2017 for her very first tour. Later that year, she appeared with Kodo in renowned singer Sayuri Ishikawa’s 45th Anniversary Commemorative Recital. In 2018, Watanabe toured throughout Europe with “Kodo One Earth Tour: Evolution.”
