Kei Sadanari started playing taiko after joining a community group when he was six years old. He entered the Kodo Apprentice Centre in 2017 and became a Kodo Member in 2020. On stage, Sadanari is mainly featured on taiko drums. Training with a focus on the fundamentals, he has his sights firmly set on being a performer with the power to play large taiko and the agility to play intricate rhythms on katsugi okedo and taiko sets.
