In December 2025, Kodo issued a call for support for Hachijo Island in the wake of the October 2025 typhoons that ravaged the area. We collected donations until December 21.

On December 24, we added a donation from the Kodo Group and sent the combined total of ¥100,000 to the Japanese Red Cross Society’s Typhoon #22 and #23 Relief Fund, which was set up to help Hachijo Island’s recovery.
