To mark the grand finale of our 45th anniversary year, our “Kodo December Concerts 2026” tour will visit just three exclusive locations. Join us on Sado Island, in Niigata, and in Tokyo for a special programme centered around the core Kodo classics that have shaped our journey. Performed by a multi-generational cast, it promises to be an unforgettable, uplifting celebration.

We have traveled the world with taiko for 45 years, meeting new people and learning from the many places we visit.
We uphold the quintessential Kodo sound while conjuring brand new resonance.
With a firm eye on Kodo’s origins and the ensemble today, we carry our journey onward into the future.
