Kodo answered the call from acclaimed music manager Ian F. Grant and music producer Paul Mitchell to appear on a UK charity album to raise awareness and support for Cure Parkinson’s.

Kodo provided taiko music and video footage for a cover of drummer Sandy Nelson’s 1960s classic Let There Be Drums. The result is a collaboration with Queen drummer Roger Taylor, Shadows guitarist Hank Marvin, Gary Taylor on bass, Nunzio Mondia on accordion, and an array of renowned drummers.
This version of Let There Be Drums appears on charity album “Think Loud 4 Parkinson’s,” available now on two vinyl LP records, CD, and various streaming platforms. We hope you’ll listen, watch, and share to show your support, too.
