This a special performance event centered around the shinobue, a traditional Japanese bamboo transverse flute. We hope you will come along to see a performance by Kodo’s Motofumi Yamaguchi playing makobue and shinobue with guest artist Yumi Nogami on piano. The award winners from a recent online shinobue contest will also appear at this festive event.
