In 2023, Kodo’s Kenta Nakagome and Yuta Sumiyoshi joined dancer Mayumu Minakawa to form a new unit: iiiZØ. They will hold their first concert at Parthenon Tama in September 2024.

iiiZØ (pronounced mii-zō)
Dancer Minakawa and taiko performers Nakagome and Sumiyoshi bring their distinct callings of dancing to music and beating rhythms together as iiiZØ, a unit that transcends their respective genres. They want to create innovative performances without words, where dancers conjure musical expression and musicians explore physical expression.
