We are pleased to announce a new collaboration with Mayumi Kagita and Koki Sato of flamenco dance group Arte y Solera, which Kodo's Shogo Yoshii performed with in 2010. This time three Kodo members, Shogo Yoshii, Masayuki Sakamoto, and Tsuyoshi Maeda, will take part. Up close to the audience in this intimate hall, the taiko, bamboo flute, kokyu (Japanese violin), cante (songs), guitar, and dance will create a shower of sparks with moments of fusion as they come together to create a powerful live performance.
