KASA/MIX 2016
KASA/MIX 2016, presented by Kodo Arts Sphere America, will be held September 3 through 14. This is a once-in-a-lifetime trip not to be missed! Held biennially, KASA/MIX brings taiko-loving participants from around the world to Japan and to the Kodo Apprentice Centre in the beautiful mountains of Sado Island. Share in the lifestyle of the apprentices while taking taiko and folk dance workshops with Kodo instructors. The itinerary will also include visits to renowned taiko makers Asano Taiko in Ishikawa and Miyamoto Unosuke Shoten in Tokyo.
*All workshop instruction and guidance will be given in English.

- USD $2,300 (includes all workshops, accommodations, local transportation to scheduled activities, most meals, hot springs, and extra activities TBA.)
