Hanayui Hawaii Tour

Hanayui will give performances in Hawaii for the first time since their 2002 visit, 12 years ago. This time Hanayui (Chieko Kojima, Yoko Fujimoto, and dancer Mitsue Kinjo) will be joined by Yoshikazu Fujimoto. In Honolulu they will collaborate with Kenny Endo's Taiko Center of the Pacific, Grant Sandaa Murata and Afuso Ryu Ongaku Kenkyu Choichi Kai. In Maui, they will make both stand alone and collaboration appearances at Zenshin Daiko's 15th Annual Taiko Festival.
Hanayui Workshops
The members of Hanayui will lead hands-on workshops in song, dance and taiko using Sado folksong Yamada Hanya-bushi as a base.
