The "Niigata City Performing Arts Festival Main Stage" features local folk performing arts and taiko by Bandai Daiko. Come along to enjoy performances by a range of groups from kindergarten, elementary school, and junior high school pupils to groups from various parts of the city and an array of occupations. Yoshikazu Fujimoto and Motofumi Yamaguchi will make a special guest appearance.

*The "Showa Ohashi/Furumachi-keiyu Minatomachi/ Irifunecho" bus to "Hakusan Koen-mae," then 3-min. walk to the venue.
*The "Chuo-junkan Kawagishi-cho Keiyu Kencho" bus to "Rikujyokyogijo-mae," then 3 min. walk to the venue.
*The "Shinano-machi" bus to "Shiyakusho-mae," then 7-min. walk to the venue. Bus ride from JR Niigata Stn. to venue takes approx. 20 mins.
