We have received more good news from the United Kingdom. Yoshie Sunahata has received another nomination for her passionate taiko, song and dance performance in Akram Khan's Gnosis, this time for a Laurence Olivier Award in the Outstanding Achievement in Dance Category. This award is recognized internationally as the highest honor in British theater.
Although Yoshie did not receive the Critics' Circle National Dance Award 2010 for Outstanding Female Performance (Modern) for which she was nominated, she is honored by the double nomination for her work in Gnosis, which is a brilliant achievement in itself.
