Eiichi Saito Taiko Workshop - "Unifying the Sound of the Taiko"

In July Eiichi Saito will lead a taiko workshop at Taiko no Sato Kyowakan in Tokyo.

As with all of Eiichi's workshops, this program will focus more on playing with sensitivity and passion rather than teaching specific taiko skills. Before you work on your technique, it is important to learn to play from the heart and to synchronize your sound with those around you. This comes from really opening up your senses and learning to pick up on the unspoken communication made possible by the drums. Eiichi Saito will guide you towards the goal of "becoming one" when you drum.
