The Kodo Ticket Service accepts cancellations and changes to ticket orders for EC and the Decembers concerts (etc.) up to 2 weeks prior to concerts. Please be aware that the handling charge from cancellations will be raised from 500 yen to 1,000 yen per incident, effectively immediately.
In the past we have returned money for cancelled tickets by Post Office Money Order, but due to the increased rate in service charges by the Post Office, from now on we will make reimbursements by direct transfer to customers' bank accounts. Please understand that any postage incurred for returning tickets to the Kodo Office will be the responsibility of the customer.
