line-height: 19px;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kodo.or.jp\/blog\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/DSC_3519-f-340x225.jpg\" alt=\"Photo: Yui Kawamoto\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Gathering from all over the world, the participants were able to share with us some taiko stories from their country or area.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The different reasons, history, spirit and culture that each person had shared with us have opened up a bigger world for our young apprentices who had no knowledge on the taiko culture outside of Japan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As they discovered their new findings of taiko in the world, it looked to me that they found another reason to strive to become a Kodo performing member.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kodo.or.jp\/blog\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/DSC_4250-f.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10905 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kodo.or.jp\/blog\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/DSC_4250-f-680x450.jpg\" alt=\"Photo: Yui Kawamoto\" width=\"640\" height=\"424\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>KASA MIX has come to an end once again with very warm and heart-filling memories through this short time we had together on Sado island.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As one of the staff members for this program, I was very moved by the unification we have created through taiko, which brought a sense of nostalgic comfort to my heart.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Thank you to everyone who participated this year!
