Masami Miyazaki's Shina Shina Taiko Workshop Series
"Shina shina" is Sado Island dialect for taking things slowly or taking it easy.
Taiko has the amazing power to invigorate people. It is so refreshing to play taiko and work up a sweat. When people play taiko together, they become really chatty. When they get chat a lot with each other, it is so much fun! That is what makes taiko so special: it brings people together!
Masami Miyazaki will lead this fun, easy-going taiko workshop series that aims to let participants play taiko with smiles and lots of zest!

- February: Feb. 2 (Tue), Feb. 16 (Tue) two session course. Fee: 10,800 yen (registration fee not incl.)
- March: 2-session course on Mar. 1 (Tue) & Mar. 15 (Tue) / Fee: 10,800 yen (registration fee not incl.)
Note: You can choose to participate in one session for 5,400 yen (registration fee not incl.)

- 11:15–12:45 (90 min. class), followed by tea time.

- Please contact Kyowakan by email or phone. Workshop places will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
If it is your first time at Kyowakan, you will need to register for Kyowakan membership.
(Registration fee is 540 yen)
*Please bring your own drumsticks. (Available for purchase at Kyowakan if required. Will be lent to participants who newly register at Kyowakan.)
*Cancellations: Free until 7 days prior, 50% of fee charged 2–6 days prior, full fee charged for cancellations the day before or on the day.
