Join Motofumi Yamaguchi at Niigata Prefecture's annual cultural festival, "Niigata Bunkasai." A wide range of cultural groups from around Niigata will perform on the main stage. Admission is free, but limited to entrance voucher holders so please apply in advance to secure yours. See you there!
