Appearances at Traditional Performing Arts Celebration to Mark the World Heritage Registration of "Silk Country Gunma"
Gunma Prefecture has recently been in the spotlight thanks to the World Heritage registration of "Silk Country Gunma," an area with a silk industry that dates back to the Meiji Era. This traditional performing arts celebration event will feature performances by groups from around Gunma Prefecture, showcasing local traditional performing arts, some of which are related to the regional silk industry.
