"Niigata Oral Health Culture Forum" (Niigata Kenko Bunka Forum) is an event designed to promote and teach good dental and oral hygiene habits to future generations in Niigata Prefecture. At the opening event of this year's Forum on Sado Island, Shin'ichi Sogo (a.k.a. Shinchan-sensei) will lead a "Taiko EXADON" demonstration.
*EXADON is a course for Sado Island residents to learn about playing taiko as a way to prevent dementia.
