The Ranaei Family, the guest artists from Iran who we’ll welcome to Earth Celebration’s Shiroyama Concerts this summer, will also be performing in Tokyo. Ryutaro Kaneko & Yasukazu Kano, who met the Ranaei Family on their 2010 Near & Middle East tour and introduced them as guest artists to Earth Celebration, will be performing at the concerts as the opening acts. Experience the stunning tones and profound expression of the tanbour with the Ranaei family and enjoy a deeper look into the mysterious world of Persian & Kurdish music in Tokyo after Earth Celebration.
