This year marks 5 years since the Chuetsu Earthquake devastated Niigata. To thank all the people around the country who sent their support to the region, the people of Chuetsu are holding a festival to show the nation they are smiling again thanks to the power of performing arts. Members of Kodo will join to spread cheer in the region.
