Island Buses

Traveling to the EC venues in Ogi via local island buses takes approximately 1 hour 50 minutes from Ryotsu Port and 30 minutes from Akadomari Port. (It takes 5 mins on foot from Ogi Port.) Buses leave from the EC Information Centre in Ogi for all parts of the island. However, island buses are infrequent so be sure to check the bus schedule before you make plans. Cars, Rental Cars, Tourist Taxis and Regular Tourist Buses

Driving is a great way to see the island without worrying about a timetable. To rent a car, it is best to make a reservation well in advance. Sight seeing taxis and tour buses are convenient too. Please check the Sado Tourism Association website for details.
