How to Apply for Workshops

Application Period:

Second Intake: July 14 (Thu) - Aug. 16 (Tue)*The second intake will only apply to workshops that still have space available after the first intake.

Order Form Application:

Please send the order form by fax or postal mail. From the second intake (July 14) please telephone the Kodo Ticket Service or check on our website for updated availability information.

Workshop observation is not permitted. (This includes observation by parents/guardians of participants.)
From the second intake, applications will be accepted in order of their arrival on a first-come, first-served basis.
From July 14 (Thu) we will accept waiting-list reservations. You may even ask to be put on a waiting list for workshops you were not selected for in the first intake. Please contact the Kodo Ticket Service by telephone to apply.

Orders from abroad may be paid for either by credit card in advance or in cash at the festival. Unless a mailing address in Japan is specified, all tickets ordered from abroad must be picked up at the EC Information Centre.

Changes and cancellations will be accepted until July 31 (Sun). After order payment has been made, all changes will incur a 1,000 yen fee and you will be responsible for the return postage of tickets. Please contact the Kodo Ticket Service by telephone or email.
