  • We will send you an invoice (or post office deposit form) after your order is received. Tickets will be sent to you approximately 10 days after we confirm receipt of your payment.

Ticket Orders
For Orders from Abroad:
  • Orders from abroad may be paid for either by credit card in advance or in cash at the festival. Unless a mailing address in Japan is specified, all tickets ordered from abroad must be picked up at the EC Information Centre.
  • You may only order from abroad online through the Kodo Ticket Service Reservation site (in Japanese) between Aug. 1 (Mon) - Aug. 16 (Tue). Please do not order online before Aug. 1, as you will be automatically charged an unneccessary shipping fee.
Note:
  • All tickets ordered by July 31 (Sun) will be delivered by courier. (Shipping is 500 yen, delivery in Japan only.)
  • Kodo Ticket Service handles the sales of all types of EC tickets. A 5% discount and free shipping is offered for the purchase of 10 or more advance 1-day Shiroyama Concert tickets.
  • Tickets will be on sale at the EC Information Centre from Aug. 18 (Thu) at 13:00.

Ticket Changes & Cancellations

  • For orders made through the Kodo Ticket Service, changes and cancellations will be accepted until July 31 (Sun). After order payment has been made, all changes will incur a 1,000 yen fee and you will be responsible for the return postage of tickets. Please contact the Kodo Ticket Service by telephone or email.
