Shin'ichi Sogo
From 1981, Shinichi Sogo spent 10 years as a Kodo performer, playing over 1000 concerts in 30 countries around the world. In the early 90's he stepped down from the stage to work behind the scenes, and since April 2007 he has been instructing at the Sado Island Taiko Centre, providing taiko experiences to over 4,000 people last year alone.
