Setting Up for “DADAN”<\/h2>\n

First, we\u00a0open all the boxes packed full of our\u00a0instruments.<\/p>\n

These taiko were sent here after our tour in Europe earlier this year, “Kodo One Earth Tour 2014: Legend,” which finished in March.<\/p>\n

This is the theater where we have our first performance of “DADAN.”<\/p>\n

This time, the programme uses a grand total of TWELVE shime-daiko<\/span>! (roped drums)<\/p>\n

These taiko were packaged up for months on end. We look at their condition and tune each one very carefully.<\/p>\n
